Head Chef (Staff Kitchen)

To manage and run Multiple Staff Kitchens and staff dining operations, ensuring consistent food quality, hygiene standards, cost control, and smooth daily service for staff meals.

Job Location: Fujairah, UAE

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Private chef experience in a VVIP household mandatory
  • 5+ years’ experience working in an acclaimed 5* restaurant or hotel.
  • Experience leading a large team
  • International living and working essential

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Plan and execute daily staff menus (breakfast, lunch, dinner)
  • Ensure food quality, taste, portion control, and consistency
  • Manage kitchen team (staff cooks, helpers, commis)
  • Prepare duty rosters, leaves, and daily task assignments
  • Control food cost, wastage, and stock usage
  • Coordinate with Stores for ordering and inventory control
  • Ensure strict hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards
  • Maintain equipment, kitchen layout, and workflow efficiency
  • Handle special dietary requirements (medical, cultural, religious)
  • Support large staff events when required
  • Train and develop kitchen staff
  • Report on daily and monthly kitchen performance to Management
