Head Coach: Lagree & Sculpt

We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and driven Head Coach to lead our boutique Lagree & pilates studio. The Head Coach will own the delivery of programming, supervise and mentor coaching staff, maintain class quality and safety, help drive member retention, and act as a face of the brand. This is both a leadership and hands-on coaching role.

Requirements

Certifications / Credentials

Certified Lagree Instructor (or willingness to train), additional certifications (Pilates, functional training, strength & conditioning) are a plus

Experience

Minimum 3–5+ years of coaching experience in boutique / group fitness studios; prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred

Technical & Programming Skills

Strong anatomical and exercise knowledge (movement mechanics, injury prevention, progression/regression)

Ability to design periodized programming (e.g. 4–8 week cycles, variations, challenge weeks)

Creativity to refresh classes, integrate new drills or hybrid formats

Leadership & Mentorship

Excellent coaching, feedback, and people development skills

Ability to motivate, inspire, and hold a team accountable

Communication & Customer Service

Outstanding interpersonal skills, ability to connect with members, handle complaints diplomatically

Strong English (and ideally Arabic) verbal and written communication

Business & Analytical Sense

Basic understanding of KPIs (attendance, retention, revenue per class)

Ability to monitor and improve class utilization

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
