Your role with us
Overall responsibility of driving multiple VSS projects in parallel to successful implementations in collaboration with customers, partners and the proaxia team.
Lead and manage crisis and de-escalate customer situations during the project. Actively participate in Project Steer-coms, identify project risks, roadblocks and ensure mitigation at the earliest.
Drawing up the solution roadmap for the live customers identifying upsell potentials and mitigate any churn.
Develop and maintain positive executive customer relationship and be a trusted advisor to the customers
Being part of the pre-sales team, participate and lead the product demos, webinars, enablement workshops, when required.
Develop and maintain communication structure with the customers, partner PMOs and proaxia management.
Identify and utilize synergies between multiple ongoing projects collaborating with various proaxia project coaches.

Your profile
You hold a management degree and are an experienced, energetic, self-driven solution-oriented person.
You have executed Project Management, Consulting and Sales/Pre-sales and Customer Success Management activities in your career.
10+ years of experience in SAP or similar solutions and preferably in the Automotive Dealer Management vertical.
You like public speaking and interacting with Partners/Customers and excel in relationship building.
Based in UAE or willing to relocate. Good command over English. Additional language knowledges like Arabic, German and Spanish will be a plus.
