
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business development strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Identify and pursue new corporate, retail, and individual customer opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to develop promotional campaigns and product offerings.
- Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements with clients and business partners.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
- Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Participate in networking events, exhibitions, and industry conferences to promote the brand.
- Ensure achievement of sales targets and business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Nutrition, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the food, FMCG, catering, or health & wellness industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in diet meal plans, healthy food products, or nutrition-related businesses.
- Strong commercial and analytical skills.
- Ability to develop strategic partnerships and corporate accounts.
- Self-motivated with excellent leadership and team management abilities.
