Head Dietician

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Identify and pursue new corporate, retail, and individual customer opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to develop promotional campaigns and product offerings.
  • Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements with clients and business partners.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  • Participate in networking events, exhibitions, and industry conferences to promote the brand.
  • Ensure achievement of sales targets and business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Nutrition, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the food, FMCG, catering, or health & wellness industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in diet meal plans, healthy food products, or nutrition-related businesses.
  • Strong commercial and analytical skills.
  • Ability to develop strategic partnerships and corporate accounts.
  • Self-motivated with excellent leadership and team management abilities.
