Primary focus on Modern Management, Microsoft Intune, SCCM, Mobile Device Management, DaaS, Field Services, DEX, Print Management Solutions, Remote support services & M365 services (Sharepoint, Email, Onedrive etc.,)

Expertise on DaaS solution covering procurement to device disposal strategies

Experience working with multiple Hardware OEMs

Expertise in migration of legacy device management solution to modern management (Intune)

Expertise in solutioning VDI technologies – on prem and cloud based (Azure AVD, Cloud PC etc.,)

Expertise in analysis and solution of Onsite support services/field Services operations and various levers employed in reducing the field services efforts

Expertise in DeX and overall value propositions leveraging multiple tools used in the industry (Nexthink, Systrack, Aternity etc.,)

Strong hands-on experience in responding to RFPs and building a proposal that is PPT based or word document based

Expertise in estimating efforts for various digital workplace solutions end to end

Expertise in building operating models for delivery
