Salary: ₹8–10 LPA

We are looking for an experienced Head of Ecommerce (Shopify) to lead and scale our online business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, optimizing customer experience, enhancing digital presence, and aligning e-commerce operations with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to drive traffic, conversions, and growth.
• Collaborate with external agencies, UX, content, and design teams for campaigns & optimization.
• Track customer journeys, analyze conversion funnels, and implement improvements.
• Manage the digital marketing calendar and forecast ROI.
• Monitor performance using analytics tools and optimize strategies.
• Stay updated on Shopify trends, competitor activities, and market innovations.
• Lead and mentor the e-commerce team to ensure smooth operations and long-term success.

What We’re Looking For:

• 7+ years of experience in managing e-commerce businesses.
• Proven expertise with Shopify.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, funnels, analytics, and digital marketing.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Familiarity with payment gateways, logistics integrations & Shopify apps.
