Key Responsibilities & Skills:

Candidates should be proficient in:

• Estimation & Quantity Surveying
• Quality Control of construction processes and materials
• Orders & Purchases, handling correspondence between vendors and contractors
• Conducting Material Research for procurement and quality standards
• Liaising with architects, engineers, and consultants
• Multi-Project Planning & Project Management
• Effective communication in English, Konkani, and Hindi

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
