PSA is a leading youth sports academy dedicated to nurturing talent, developing skills, and fostering a passion for sports among young athletes. We focus on football, multi-sport programs, and holistic athlete development.

Position Summary:
The Head Football/Athletic Director will oversee all football programs and athletic operations within PSA, ensuring the highest quality of coaching, player development, and operational excellence. This role combines leadership, strategic planning, and hands-on coaching to drive growth, performance, and engagement across all football and athletic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the football academy, ensuring a structured, age-appropriate development pathway for all players.
• Develop, implement, and monitor training programs, curricula, and performance standards aligned with international best practices.
• Recruit, train, and mentor coaches, fostering a high-performance culture and professional development.
• Plan and oversee competitive opportunities, tournaments, and events to provide players with exposure and experience.
• Manage athletic operations including scheduling, facility usage, equipment, and compliance with health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote programs and engage the community.
• Monitor athlete progress, provide feedback to parents, and maintain records of development and performance.
• Ensure adherence to safeguarding policies, ethical standards, and PSA’s mission and values.
• Stay updated with global football trends, coaching methodologies, and youth development strategies.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Sports Science, Physical Education, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Proven experience as a Football Director, Head Coach, or Athletic Director in youth sports programs.
• UEFA or equivalent coaching licenses highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience in program development, talent identification, and team management.
• Ability to work collaboratively with parents, staff, and external partners.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
