Position Purpose: Under the general supervision of the School Principal, this position will play a vital and important role in representing both A.C. Reynolds High School and Rocket Country! We are seeking a high-performing Head Football Coach with a demonstrated record of competitive excellence, athlete development, and program leadership. The ideal candidate will bring a championship mindset, exceptional integrity, and the ability to elevate our program to new levels of success on and off the field; recognizing that we are not only building strong student-athletes and a strong football team, but also strong men for their future in every aspect. This coach will also be a full-time weight training/P.E. teacher; working to develop students' physical skills and abilities, strength, agility, poise, coordination, and teamwork; developing students' understanding of the importance of exercise to physical and mental well-being; and motivating students to work towards, physical fitness, hygiene, and good health. As one of the most influential leadership roles in our school, this position carries the responsibility of inspiring excellence for the classroom and on the field, fostering unity for all students as Reynolds Rockets, and setting the standard for what it means to represent A.C. Reynolds High School with purpose and pride.

Minimum Degree Level: Bachelor's Degree (click here for more info about Master's pay) Alternative Licensed Pathways: If you are offered a position with BCS, our licensure specialist can share information on the 1-year Emergency License and later work with you to convert this to a Residency License. Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 18 semester hours of relevant coursework
• 2.7 GPA (undergraduate coursework or post-graduate coursework)
• Ability to produce an official, degree dated transcript from an accredited university
• Former Lateral Entry license candidates are eligible to apply
