Federal American Grill opening in River Oaks!
We are looking for an experienced Head Hostess to lead our front door and create a warm, organized first impression for our guests. This role is responsible for managing reservations, coordinating seating flow, and supporting the service team to ensure exceptional hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Lead the host stand and ensure guests receive a warm, professional welcome
• Manage reservations and seating using Open Table
• Coordinate table flow with managers and servers to maintain efficient service
• Train and support host team members on guest service standards and reservation management
• Monitor waitlists and communicate accurate wait times to guests
• Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and reservation changes professionally
• Maintain an organized host stand and ensure menus and guest materials are ready
• Assist with phone calls, takeout coordination, and guest communication when needed.

Qualifications

• Previous host or head host experience in a high-volume restaurant required
• Experience using OpenTable reservation system
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Excellent organization and multitasking abilities
• Friendly, professional, and hospitality focused attitude
• Ability to stay calm and efficient in a fast paced environment
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
