Head Hostess

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
• Manage restaurant reservations and maintain an accurate seating chart
• Escort guests to their tables and present menus
• Communicate guest preferences or special requests to the team
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the hostess area and entrance
• Assist with guest inquiries and provide information about the menu and resort facilities
• Support service staff during peak periods and ensure smooth guest flow
• Uphold Royal Saray's luxury hospitality standards at all times

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous experience in a hostess or guest-facing role, preferably in luxury dining
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and grooming
• Fluency in English; additional languages (especially Arabic) are an advantage
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
