Location: Navi Mumbai
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Working Days: Monday – Friday & 1st & 3rd Saturday
Reporting To: Director / Managing Director

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Head – HR to lead PAN India & Global HR operations, drive talent acquisition, strengthen HR processes, ensure statutory compliance, and enhance employee engagement across the organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Recruitment (PAN India)

• End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing & offer rollout
• Vendor & consultant management, cost optimization & budgeting
• JD preparation, salary negotiations & MIS reporting

HR Operations (PAN India)

• Payroll, statutory compliance (PF, PT, Gratuity, etc.)
• Appointment letters, increments, promotions, transfers & exits
• HRMS management, audits, F&F settlements & MIS reporting

Employee Engagement

• PMS, appraisal coordination & exit interviews
• Employee welfare, engagement activities & grievance handling
• Training programs, skip-level meetings & helpdesks

HR Activities (Global)

• Oversee global recruitment & payroll activities
• Global compliance, leave & vendor management
• Employee engagement initiatives across locations

REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

• Strong leadership & stakeholder management
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Advanced MS Office knowledge
• High attention to detail & strong analytical ability
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s Degree (Mandatory)
10–12 years of relevant HR experience
Exposure to PAN India & Global HR operations preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹970,663.42 - ₹1,204,052.60 per year
