Head – Human Resources | Job Description

Role Overview:
The Head of Human Resources will lead and manage all HR functions, ensuring effective talent acquisition, smooth HR operations, compliance, and employee engagement within a technical IT organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage HR operations in a Technical IT company environment
  • Handle end-to-end technical recruitment for all IT roles
  • Build and manage a strong talent pipeline to support business growth
  • Oversee monthly payroll processing and ensure statutory compliance
  • Plan and execute monthly employee engagement and retention activities
  • Manage complete HR operations including onboarding, documentation, and exit processes
  • Maintain and monitor attendance, leave, and HR records accurately
  • Coordinate closely with management and department heads to support organizational needs
  • Ensure HR policies, processes, and best practices are followed consistently

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong expertise in technical hiring and IT recruitment
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and support senior management effectively
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹91,824.13 per month
