Qualification :

Master’s Degree (MSW/MBA) with 15-20 years of experience in HR field relevant to the Manufacturing Industry.

Job Description :

• Lead and Manage all HR generalist Functions and organizational development initiatives.
• Recruitment and Talent Management for factory including skilled manpower.
• Oversee Performance Management System and Training and Development.
• Drive employee engagement and culture initiatives
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements .
• Develop, review and update HR Policies and SOPs
• Monitor HR metrics / KPI
• Oversee office administration – Security , facility management
