Primary Purpose of the Job:
- Lead end-to-end automation of HR business processes, including SAP HR modules, Fiori workflows, and integration with enterprise systems (SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, ICIMS).

Drive strategic HR technology initiatives such as Contingent Workforce Management System, Succession Planning Automation, and People Analytics implementation to align with corporate digitalization goals.

Provide governance and support for HR divisions on system utilization, data integrity, and compliance with information security standards.

Champion HR analytics and predictive modelling initiatives to enable data-driven workforce planning and strategic decision-making.

Lead HR data governance to ensure data is accurate, secure, compliant, and usable for strategic decisions
Required Experience and Skills:
- 15+ years in ICT and HR systems, including 7+ years in ERP supervisory roles.

Expertise in SAP HR, SuccessFactors, and advanced analytics platforms.

Proven leadership in project management, data governance, and HR process automation.
Educational Qualifications:
- University degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
