We are a newly established manpower company operating under a leading listed group, already managing over 500 active employee. With a strong foundation in operations, we are now seeking to strengthen our HR capabilities to support growth and ensure service excellence.

Role Overview

The Head of HR Operations will lead and manage the company's HR operations, working hands-on to establish and improve HR processes across operation, and employee relations. This role requires a strong operator who can balance strategy with day-to-day execution to support a large and growing workforce. The Head of HR Operation will be reporting directly to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR operational policies, processes, and systems that support business growth.
  • Mainly focus on the Daily HR Operation, from employee transfers, Insurance activation, Qiwa contract.
  • Work closely with operations and business leaders to provide proactive HR support for ongoing contracts.
  • Be directly involved, hands-on, in critical HR activities such as resolving employee issues, overseeing mobilization, and ensuring smooth transitions.
  • Build, mentor, and lead the HR operations team while being actively engaged in daily execution.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree or HR certification preferred).
  • 10+ years of progressive HR operations experience, preferably in manpower, outsourcing, or large workforce industries.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR compliance, and regional employment regulations.
