Designation – Sr. Manager – People

Role – TA + HRBP

Location – Andheri & BKC

Reporting – CEO, Domestic

We are looking for a Sr. Manager in HR who will manage TA + HRBP role. This role would require strategic HR alignment with business goals, expertise in logistics-specific workforce planning and compliance, hands-on involvement in full-cycle talent acquisition for diverse roles (from operations staff to executives), and strong change management skills to navigate industry evolution.

Key Responsibilities: Strategic Business Partnering:

Align HR strategies with business goals to drive success in the logistics sector, requiring a deep understanding of operations and challenges.

Talent Acquisition (TA) & Workforce Planning:

· Develop and execute comprehensive TA strategies for diverse logistics roles, including operational, technical, and managerial positions.

· Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to onboarding for a varied workforce, including shift-based and casual workers.

· Conduct targeted sourcing using job boards, employee referrals, and professional networking to attract top talent in a competitive logistics market.

Talent Management & Development:

Implement talent development programs, focusing on upskilling employees in logistics-specific areas and preparing the workforce for industry changes.

Employee Relations & Compliance:

· Ensure compliance with labor laws, awards, and regulations pertinent to the logistics sector, especially for overtime, leave entitlements, and workplace safety.

· Address and resolve employee grievances and workplace disputes to ensure smooth operations and high employee retention.

Change Management:

Lead HR initiatives and support employees through organizational changes, such as the adoption of new logistics technologies or transitions to new operational models.

HR Analytics & Reporting:

Utilize HR data and metrics to identify trends, measure HR effectiveness, and make data-driven recommendations to senior leadership.

Culture & Engagement:

Foster a positive and engaging workplace culture, particularly within operational environments that may have high turnover or diverse work schedules.

Key Competencies & Qualifications required:

· Strong background in HR operations, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and compliance.

· Strategic & Analytical Skills- Ability to translate business objectives into HR strategies, with strong analytical skills for data interpretation.

· Communication & Interpersonal Skills-Excellent interpersonal communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills to effectively engage with leadership and employees from diverse backgrounds.

· Adaptability-Agility and a proactive approach to manage continuous change in the dynamic logistics environment.

· Knowledge of Logistics Workforce Dynamics- Understanding of the unique characteristics of the logistics workforce, including shift work and a mix of full-time, part-time, and casual employees.

· Educational Background - Typically a bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
