Safiya Group is a leading travel and recruitment company with a strong presence in the industry. We're looking for an experienced Head of Human Resources to join our team and oversee all aspects of HR practices and processes.

Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly skilled Head of Human Resources to lead our HR functions and contribute to the growth and success of our organization. The successful candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HR strategies and policies

- Oversee talent acquisition, recruitment, and onboarding

- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and employee engagement

- Performance management, training, and development

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations

- Leadership and team management

- Knowledge of HR software and tools

Requirements:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

- 5-10 years of experience in human resources management

- Proven track record in talent acquisition, recruitment, and employee relations

- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations

- Excellent leadership and team management skills
