Headhunting/Recruitment Executive
Experience Required: 2 Years
Location: Raiwind Road Ittehad Town, Lahore.
Job Type: Full-Time onsite 9-6 Mon-Fri
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
Understand the hiring requirements of various departments and develop appropriate job descriptions.
Source candidates using job portals LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other platforms.
Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and shortlist candidates.
Coordinate with hiring managers for interviews and feedback.
Key Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of the recruitment life cycle and sourcing techniques
Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and job portals
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good negotiation and convincing skills
Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2 years of proven experience in Headhunting or talent acquisition.
Experience with bulk hiring or multiple hiring Talent Acquiring is desirable.

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
