A reputed pharmaceutical manufacturing company based in Madurai, Tamil Nadu, established in 1930, is inviting applications for the position of Head – Medical and Product Management.

Role Description

To provide strategic leadership in medical communication, scientific training, and product marketing. This role blends scientific depth with strong execution, supporting the organisation in launching and promoting products with medical accuracy, training effectiveness, and KOL endorsement.

Experience & Qualifications

• BAMS / MBBS / MD (Ayurveda or General Medicine preferred)
• 4–8 years in Medical Affairs, Scientific Services, or Product Training roles in Pharma, Nutraceuticals, or Ayurvedic sectors
• Experience with KOL engagement, CMEs, and content development

Compensation:

CTC range: ₹12 – ₹15 LPA for a doctor with 4–6 years of relevant experience in similar roles, with flexibility for higher compensation for stronger candidates. More senior people are preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
