About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and visionary Content Head to lead the content function across Centrix’s integrated verticals—spanning digital education, live scientific events, faculty collaborations, and pharma communication services. This is a senior leadership role ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of medical knowledge, content innovation, digital enablement, and physician engagement.

You will own the full content lifecycle—from strategy and editorial design to execution and team leadership—ensuring Centrix content is evidence-based, engaging, and globally competitive.

This is not a regulatory writing or hospital and pharma promotional role — it’s pure physician education and medical journalism, driven by curiosity, credibility, and storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic & Editorial Leadership

  • Define and lead the content vision across therapy areas and content formats, aligned with Centrix’s physician-first and innovation-focused roadmap.
  • Drive the development of structured, modular, and clinically meaningful content including explainer decks, microlearning modules, doctor-led content series, and therapy updates.
  • Translate medical guidelines, evidence, and real-world practice trends into actionable educational material for global doctors.

Digital Content & Learning Ecosystems

  • Oversee content strategy for Centrix’s digital platforms—ensuring mobile-first, SEO-aligned, and UX-friendly formats optimized for high physician engagement.
  • Build content workflows and standards for video scripts, AI-assisted modules, infographics, and adaptive learning journeys.
  • Work closely with product, design, and tech teams to ensure seamless content delivery across digital touchpoints.

Physician Programs & Global Faculty Coordination

  • Conceptualize and shape medical agendas, learning themes, and speaker interaction flows for Centrix-led symposia, webinars, and roundtables.
  • Collaborate with leading Indian and international KOLs to develop, review, and refine content in alignment with the latest clinical guidance.
  • Ensure all physician-facing content—live or virtual—is educationally strong, compliant, and clearly structured.

Pharma Content Engagement (Bespoke, Compliant, Strategic)

  • Partner with pharmaceutical and medtech clients to co-create impactful, therapy-aligned content for physicians engagement.
  • Contribute to medical storytelling, pitch decks, and value messaging for strategic pharma partnerships.
  • Ensure all content meets compliance standards (UCPMP, GPP) while being clinically relevant and HCP-centric.

Team Building & Content Operations

  • Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of writers, editors, freelancers, and therapy specialists.
  • Set up editorial governance frameworks, content QC processes, and agile workflows for scale and speed.
  • Establish performance metrics, content dashboards, and regular reviews to continuously improve quality and physician experience.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • MBBS / MD / MPharm / MSc (Life Sciences or equivalent)
  • 10–15 years of experience in medical communications, physician education, or content leadership
  • Strong command of clinical practice, evidence-based medicine, and therapy area nuances
  • Proven ability to manage senior teams and deliver content at scale—both digital and traditional
  • Familiarity with physician-centric design, AI-powered content tools, and learning platforms
  • Excellent communication, project leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills
