Job Title: MAINTENANCE HEAD/ MAINTENANCE ENGINEER

Location: Chakan, Pune

Qualification: BE / DME

Experience: 7-12 YEARS

Salary: As per industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• ELECTRICAL ENGINEERS/ HYD & PNEUMATIC, PM, UTILITIES ETC
• Staff Supervision & Development: Recruit, train, and mentor maintenance staff, assign tasks based on skills, and motivate the team to achieve organizational goals.
• Operations Management: Direct and coordinate all maintenance and repair activities, including installations and preventative maintenance.
• Budget & Resource Management: Manage the maintenance department's budget, control expenses, and ensure resources are used efficiently.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure all activities adhere to health and safety regulations, and manage compliance with legal standards.
• Equipment Management: Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities, monitor machine conditions, and ensure timely repairs.
• Inventory & Procurement: Monitor and manage spare parts, components, and tools, ensuring their availability for maintenance work.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Leadership & Communication: Excellent ability to lead and motivate a team, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of technical aspects of maintenance, machinery, and facilities, according to Workable.
• Organizational Skills: Proven ability to plan, organize, and manage time effectively.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
• Education: A high school diploma is typically required, with a degree in business administration, facility management, or a related field being an advantage.
• Certifications: A Certified Maintenance Manager (CMM) certification can be a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
