Senior Maintenance Engineer (Plastic injection moulding)

Experience: Minimum 5 years in maintenance, preferably in plastic injection molding.

Job Summary:

Ensure optimal functioning of all machinery in our plastic injection molding plant. This includes preventive and breakdown maintenance, troubleshooting, and improving plant efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance on injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment (chillers, grinders, dryers).
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic faults efficiently.
• Manage spare parts inventory.
• Ensure safety compliance and accurate documentation of all maintenance activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• ITI / Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years' hands-on experience in plastic injection moulding machine maintenance.
• Strong understanding of hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read schematics and troubleshoot.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
