About the Role
The Headmistress will be responsible for providing academic leadership, ensuring high standards of teaching–learning practices, and maintaining a safe, nurturing, and inclusive school environment for students from Pre-Primary to Class V. The role involves managing teachers, students, curriculum delivery, parent communication, and the overall functioning of the primary and pre-primary sections.
Key Responsibilities
Academic Leadership
- Oversee curriculum planning, implementation, and continuous improvement across Pre-Primary to Class V.
- Ensure developmentally appropriate teaching–learning methodologies and child-centric practices.
- Monitor classroom instruction and provide feedback to teachers.
- Support enrichment programs, assessments, and learning outcomes.
Administration & Operations
- Supervise day-to-day functioning of the primary and pre-primary sections.
- Prepare academic calendars, timetables, school events, and activity plans.
- Ensure adherence to school policies, safety norms, and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with management, administration, and support staff.
Teacher Management & Development
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate teachers and support staff.
- Conduct regular training, meetings, and professional development programs.
- Facilitate collaborative teaching culture and performance excellence.
Student Development & Welfare
- Promote holistic development including academics, values, discipline, sports, and activities.
- Ensure a safe, caring, and inclusive environment for all students.
- Address behavioural, social, and academic concerns with sensitivity.
Parent & Community Engagement
- Maintain effective communication with parents and guardians.
- Conduct orientations, PTMs, and counseling sessions when required.
- Build positive school–parent relationships.
Quality & Compliance
- Maintain academic records, reports, and documentation.
- Support school audits, inspections, and accreditation processes.
- Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
