The school has a strong brand presence, stable enrolments, and committed management, and is now looking for an experienced early childhood leader to drive curriculum excellence, parent trust, and structured growth in the Pre-Primary segment.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for an experienced early years academic leader with:

• 12–18 years of experience in Pre-Primary / Early Childhood Education Minimum 5 years in a leadership role (Head Mistress / Pre-Primary Coordinator / Academic Head – Early Years)

Strong understanding of NEP-aligned early childhood frameworks Expertise in play-based and experiential learning models
Experience in curriculum planning for Nursery, Jr. KG, Sr. KG Strong parent engagement and communication skills
Experience in leading and mentoring teachers

Candidates from reputed ICSE / CBSE / IB schools preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Academic & Curriculum Leadership

• Oversee implementation of developmentally appropriate curriculum Monitor lesson planning and classroom observations Ensure holistic child development (cognitive, social, emotional, motor skills) Design assessment and progress reporting frameworks

Team Leadership & Teacher Development

• Mentor and train pre-primary teachers Conduct regular classroom audits Implement performance review systems Build a nurturing, disciplined, and structured teaching culture

Parent Experience & Engagement

• Conduct PTMs and orientation programs Address parent concerns proactively Strengthen trust and communication channels Ensure smooth transition from Pre-Primary to Primary

Admissions & Growth Support

• Support pre-primary admissions counselling Enhance brand perception at the early years level Drive retention and word-of-mouth referrals

Administration & Safety

• Ensure child safety protocols Monitor infrastructure suitability for early learners Oversee documentation and regulatory compliance

Required Qualifications

• Graduate / Postgraduate (mandatory) ECCEd / B.Ed (Early Childhood specialization preferred) Excellent English communication skills Strong leadership presence with a nurturing mindset Tech-friendly and open to structured systems
