Head Mixologist - InterContinental Abu Dhabi

We are now seeking a creative and passionate Head Mixologist to lead our bar program and craft the next chapter of beverage innovation.

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly do:

As Head Mixologist, you will be the driving force behind our beverage identity. You will:

• Design and curate signature cocktail menus that reflect creativity, seasonality, and global trends.
• Lead, train, and inspire a team of bartenders to deliver world-class service and consistent drink quality.
• Maintain the highest standards of bar operation, including inventory management, cost control, and compliance with health & safety regulations.
• Collaborate with F&B leadership on promotions, activations, and guest experience enhancements.
• Engage with guests, share your expertise, and create memorable, personalized bar experiences.
• Ensure that the InterContinental brand values and service standards are reflected in every drink served.

What we need from you:

• Proven experience as a Head Mixologist, Bar Manager, or Lead Bartender in a luxury hotel or high-end bar.
• Expert knowledge of spirits, cocktails, bar techniques, and global mixology trends.
• Strong leadership, training, and communication skills.
• A passion for hospitality, guest engagement, and storytelling through beverages.
• High level of creativity with a strong sense of presentation and concept development.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain exceptional standards.
