Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head Nurse to lead our nursing team. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical expertise in perioperative care, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for patient safety and quality care.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all nursing operations within the center
• Manage, train, and schedule nursing staff
• Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, infection control standards, and regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and administrative staff to coordinate patient care
• Monitor patient flow and ensure efficient use of resources
• Handle patient concerns and support staff in clinical decision-making
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting
• Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) license – DHA
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Minimum 10 years of nursing experience, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or leadership role
• Experience in outpatient surgery, ambulatory care, or perioperative nursing preferred
• BLS and ACLS certification (required)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
