HEAD NURSE

• Supervise and manage nursing staff in assigned department/unit.
• Prepare and monitor nursing duty rosters and shift schedules.
• Ensure quality patient care and implementation of nursing standards.
• Monitor patient condition and coordinate with doctors regarding treatment plans.
• Ensure proper medication administration and nursing documentation.
• Maintain discipline, punctuality, and professional behavior among staff.
• Monitor infection control practices and hospital hygiene standards.
• Handle emergency situations and provide clinical support when required.
• Conduct staff briefings, training, and performance monitoring.
• Ensure proper handover between shifts and continuity of patient care.
• Maintain departmental records, reports, and inventory management.
• Coordinate with administration and other departments for smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with hospital SOPs, IHRA standards, and patient safety protocols.
• Monitor biomedical waste disposal and cleanliness of assigned areas.
• Address patient and attendant concerns professionally and timely.
• Assist in recruitment, orientation, and evaluation of nursing staff.
• Ensure availability and proper functioning of medical equipment and supplies.
• Perform any other task assigned by Hospital Administration or Nursing Management.
• Duty Timing:12 Hours

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
