- Supervise and manage nursing staff in assigned department/unit.
- Prepare and monitor nursing duty rosters and shift schedules.
- Ensure quality patient care and implementation of nursing standards.
- Monitor patient condition and coordinate with doctors regarding treatment plans.
- Ensure proper medication administration and nursing documentation.
- Maintain discipline, punctuality, and professional behavior among staff.
- Monitor infection control practices and hospital hygiene standards.
- Handle emergency situations and provide clinical support when required.
- Conduct staff briefings, training, and performance monitoring.
- Ensure proper handover between shifts and continuity of patient care.
- Maintain departmental records, reports, and inventory management.
- Coordinate with administration and other departments for smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with hospital SOPs, IHRA standards, and patient safety protocols.
- Monitor biomedical waste disposal and cleanliness of assigned areas.
- Address patient and attendant concerns professionally and timely.
- Assist in recruitment, orientation, and evaluation of nursing staff.
- Ensure availability and proper functioning of medical equipment and supplies.
- Perform any other task assigned by Hospital Administration or Nursing Management.

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
