Responsibilities:

You will be responsible to:

• Ensure daily rounds of all patients for provision of quality care and environment cleanliness.
• Update area manager about the patient related issues and action taken to resolve.
• Ensure compliance with the applicable quality standards of certifying and accredited bodies.
• Ensure timely processing of staff salaries and overtime along with staff attendance and monitoring.
• Encourage creativity, initiative and innovativeness in nursing staffs mentor nursing workforce for provision of good services and staff development
• Coordinate with various stakeholders for provision of services and strive for continuous quality improvement.

Requirements:

You should have:

• Baccalaureate degree in Nursing (BScN) from an accredited school, preferably a Master’s degree in the same field, and a valid license from the Pakistan Nursing Council
• At least five to seven years of relevant experience, of which two years of experience should be at a nursing management level
• Certification in BLS, ACLS and NRP
• Excellent interpersonal skills, particularly communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet stringent deadlines
