We are looking for a strategic leader to head our Account Management team. This role will lead a large team, elevate customer relationships, and play a pivotal role in achieving our growth targets in the Turkish market.
This position is responsible for managing long-term relationships with our business partners, driving revenue growth, leading a large team, and implementing industry best practices. We are seeking a leader with strategic thinking, strong commercial acumen, and exceptional people management skills in a fast-growing and dynamic e-commerce environment.
Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Development: Lead, coach, and mentor a large Account Management team, driving performance excellence and long-term client success. Develop and empower managers and team leaders through structured guidance, coaching, and professional growth opportunities to foster a high-performance, collaborative culture.
Key Account Management: Oversee the management of relationships with our key business partners, ensuring long-term collaboration and sustainable growth. Lead high-level business reviews with top partners to set and achieve strategic goals.
Business Development & Growth: Develop data-driven strategies to ensure the team meets its revenue growth, upsell, and cross-sell targets. Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities and define actions to accelerate growth.
Operational Excellence: Supervise team performance metrics and ensure compliance with operational standards. Optimize internal processes and workflows to increase efficiency and maintain the highest quality of service.
Commercial Negotiation: Conduct high-level negotiations on large-scale commercial agreements, commission rates, and promotional opportunities. Develop strategies to maximize profitability for both partners and the company.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including Logistics, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Operations, to manage large-scale projects and ensure alignment with company goals.
