Key Responsibilities1. Financial Management & Reporting:
- Manage all day-to-day accounting: bookkeeping, payments to vendors, customer invoicing, payroll, and tracking company assets.
- Prepare accurate monthly profit & loss, balance sheet, and cash flow statements on time.
- Work closely with our external Chartered Accountant (CA) to complete the annual audit smoothly.
- Create and enforce strong internal controls to protect company money and assets.
2. Cost & Management Accounting (Factory Focus):
- Track and calculate all factory costs: raw materials, production overheads, and labour.
- Determine the accurate cost of making each product and analyse any variances.
- Investigate differences between expected and actual production costs.
- Partner with the production and supply chain teams to find ways to reduce costs and improve profitability.
3. Distribution & Retail Finance:
- Take full responsibility for the accuracy and timeliness of all customer invoicing.
- Manage financial dealings with distributors, including special pricing, rebates, and consignment stock.
- Handle all finance operations for franchise stores: tracking fees, royalties, and reconciling their inventory.
- Track key performance numbers for sales channels, like how fast inventory sells and which channel is most profitable.
- Coordinate with sales and franchise teams to ensure correct billing and collection of payments.
- Plan and execute regular stock audits at our Dubai (DXB) and India retail stores to ensure inventory accuracy.
4. Treasury & Cash Flow Management:
- Monitor daily cash position and prepare weekly/monthly cash flow forecasts to ensure we can meet our obligations.
- Improve working capital by efficiently managing inventory, collecting payments from debtors, and managing payments to creditors.
- Handle banking relationships and manage foreign currency requirements for importing materials.
5. Taxation & Compliance:
- Ensure the company follows all tax laws (GST, Income Tax, TDS).
- Prepare and file timely GST returns for our manufacturing and retail activities.
- Handle tax assessments and be the main contact for any communication with tax authorities.

- Lead and mentor the accounts team, including assistants and executives.
- Assign tasks clearly and ensure the team is productive and works towards company goals.
- Promote a culture of learning and efficiency within the department.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
