Head of Administration

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Head of Administration, to join our team, to be based in Riyadh, KSA. The Administration Head will oversee all administrative functions for large-scale EPC projects involving the construction of solar and BESS energy facilities and Wind globally.


Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership & Operational Excellence

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction for all administrative functions across multiple EPC projects.
  • Develop and implement global policies, procedures, and SOPs—continuously optimizing workflows and standardizing processes.

Facilities & Site Infrastructure

  • Oversee all project-related facilities: offices, accommodations, welfare zones for staff and workers.
  • Coordinate setup of temporary site offices and camps—managing procurement of equipment, furniture, and supplies.

Time, Transport & Logistics Management

  • Oversee time-office operations and implement robust time-keeping and attendance systems.
  • Manage transportation and logistics, continuously implementing measures to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Security & Safety Oversight

  • Design and enforce security protocols for personnel and asset protection.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and audits, logging findings and executing hazard mitigation measures.

Financial Oversight & Budget Management

  • Plan and manage budgets for administration, site facilities, logistics, security, and welfare.
  • Optimize resource allocation through objective analysis and robust controls.

HR Coordination & Stakeholder Relations

  • Coordinate with HR for hiring, onboarding, training, performance evaluations, and welfare management.
  • Manage contracts and relationships with customers, vendors, partners, authorities, and internal stakeholders.

Compliance & Sustainability

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards (labor, environment, OHS, QHSE).
  • Develop and enforce efficient waste management policies and procedures on project sites.


Education & Experience:

  • MBA (preferred) or bachelor’s in Business, HR, Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 20+ years of overall professional experience with minimum 8+ years in leadership roles managing administrative functions in large-scale construction projects for globally recognized companies is a must.
  • Strong knowledge of administrative processes and best practices.
  • Familiarity with labour laws and regulations in KSA or Middle East and India.
