Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all administrative operations across the organization.
  • Develop and implement administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Lead, mentor, and supervise the admin team to ensure high performance and productivity.
  • Coordinate with HR, Procurement, and Project teams to streamline support services.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and KSA regulations.
  • Manage office infrastructure, facilities, and logistics efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum 8 years of progressive administrative experience in the construction or oil & gas sectors.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and administrative tools.
  • Experience working in the KSA or GCC region is a strong advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to AED7,500.00 per month
