Egypt Education Platform is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Admission for our National School. This vital leadership role involves overseeing the admission processes, enhancing the school’s reputation, and ensuring that we attract and enroll students who are the best fit for our educational community.
As the Head of Admission, you will play a crucial role in shaping the school’s first impressions and will be responsible for building strong relationships with families, guiding them through the enrollment journey, and promoting our educational values and offerings.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract prospective students and families to the school.
- Manage the admissions process from inquiry to enrollment, ensuring a seamless experience for applicants and their families.
- Promote the school through various channels, including open houses, school tours, community events, and digital marketing.
- Work closely with the senior leadership team to align admission goals with the school’s strategic priorities.
- Analyze application trends, enrollment data, and market research to inform admission strategies and enhance processes.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with current families, alumni, and community partners to foster a positive school environment.
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to ensure prospective families receive accurate information about the school's curriculum, programs, and culture.
- Lead, train, and mentor the admissions team, ensuring they are equipped to provide outstanding service to all stakeholders.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in admissions, enrollment management, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of the educational landscape and market trends affecting school admissions.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful recruitment and marketing strategies.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of families and students.
- Strong analytical skills to assess enrollment data and inform decision-making.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams effectively.
