Head of Architecture

Job Summary:

Consortio International Engineering Consultant is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Architecture with a minimum of 15 years of professional experience in design. Experience in complex projects (Mixed-use, Hospitality, healthcare, industrial, data centers, etc.) will be considered a strong advantage. The ideal candidate should possess a solid background in design consultancy and coordination with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Architectural design activities for various building projects, including healthcare, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
• Oversee the preparation of design drawings, calculations, and specifications at all stages in compliance with relevant codes and standards.
• Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure design integration.
• Conduct technical reviews, inspections, and progress reports during project execution.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and authorities to ensure project compliance and approvals.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 15 years of experience, with at least 7-10 years in UAE.
• Proven track record in design consultancy.
• Experience in complex facilities (healthcare industrial, data centers) design is an added advantage.
• Experience in Site Supervision and Project Management is an added advantage.
• Experience in Sustainability Requirements is required.
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and relevant design software.
• Strong knowledge of UAE, KSA and International Building Codes
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
