We are seeking a talented and visionary Architect/Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for aesthetics, strong technical expertise, and the ability to transform ideas into inspiring spaces. This role involves developing innovative architectural and interior design concepts, managing projects from inception to completion, and ensuring the highest standards of quality, functionality, and design excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead architectural and interior design projects from concept to completion.
• Develop creative and functional design concepts aligned with client requirements and project objectives.
• Prepare sketches, detailed drawings, renderings, and presentations to effectively communicate design intent.
• Conduct spatial analysis and develop layouts that optimize functionality and visual appeal.
• Research and recommend materials, finishes, and furnishings to meet design, budget, and sustainability goals.
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor project progress through site visits, ensuring designs meet specifications, timelines, and budgets.
• Engage with clients throughout the process to ensure satisfaction and address any design-related concerns.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Adobe Creative Suite, and related design software.
• Strong knowledge of design principles, materials, lighting, and color coordination.
• Excellent visualization, sketching, and presentation abilities.
• Effective project and time management skills.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and a professional attitude.
• Available to join Immediately

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
