Head of Brand — Founder-Led Sports/Lifestyle (Relocation to Dubai)


Location: Dubai, UAE (relocation supported)

Position Overview

Are you a culture-obsessed brand leader who can turn a high-growth sports/lifestyle brand into a global obsession? Our client is hiring a Head of Brand to set vision, scale desirability, and embed cultural relevance across multiple international markets. You’ll own brand strategy, orchestrate 360° campaigns, and lead a high-performing team to create moments people talk about—online, in real life, and everywhere in between.


What You’ll Do (Impact & Scope):

  • Set and scale brand strategy across regions (e.g., GCC, Europe, US), balancing global consistency with local cultural nuance.
  • Lead 360° brand campaigns —from insight to idea to launch—spanning storytelling, content, social, experiential, partnerships, and ambassadors.
  • Build a social-first engine: define narrative series, short-form, and community playbooks that grow reach and loyalty.
  • Own community, events & influencer strategy: curate athlete/creator pipelines and deliver activations that drive talkability and growth.
  • Measure what matters: own brand KPIs, budget, and ROI; institute processes to track brand equity over time and tie brand to commercial outcomes.
  • Partner with founders & cross-functional leads (growth, product, retail) to ensure brand is the multiplier across every touchpoint.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years in brand leadership within sports/fitness/lifestyle, apparel, or footwear —with proven impact in founder-led environments.
  • Track record delivering standout campaigns, partnerships, and events that move both culture and commercial metrics.
  • Multi-market experience: you’ve adapted brand strategy across regions and consumer segments.
  • Social-first, platform-native mindset (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X) and a content system to match.
  • Budget ownership & KPI rigor ; able to define, track, and optimize brand investment.
  • Genuine passion for sport/fitness and a player-coach leadership style.

  • Experience at the intersection of performance x fashion and community-led growth.
