About the Role
We’re hiring a Head of Brand & Social to lead all creative, content, and community-building efforts across Frosty Club and its related brands.
This role blends creative direction, storytelling, and strategy — connecting our B2B dominance with the cultural and consumer-facing side of hemp. You’ll own how Frosty looks, sounds, and shows up across every platform, from drop-day campaigns to long-term brand building.
You’ll work directly with leadership to evolve Frosty’s identity, manage daily social and content strategy, and develop scalable creative systems that bring our mission to life.
The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on — someone who can move fluidly between big-picture brand thinking and the day-to-day execution that keeps Frosty’s presence growing.
What You’ll Do
Brand Strategy & Direction
- Build and maintain distinct brand identities across the Frosty ecosystem — from B2B to consumer-facing brands.
- Translate the founder’s vision into a clear creative direction, tone, and visual identity that scales.
- Develop and own the Frosty Brand Book — visuals, voice, style, and content standards across all channels.
- Create a repeatable system (“Frosty Studio”) for campaign planning, content asset management, and creative workflow.
Social Media & Content
- Lead strategy and execution for all social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube).
- Plan and create short-form content that connects: behind-the-scenes drops, education, culture, storytelling, and updates.
- Collaborate with our SEO and marketing teams to align long-form content, blogs, and campaigns with shareable social assets.
- Manage the brand’s posting cadence, visual consistency, and engagement strategies.
Community & Partnerships
- Build digital and physical community around Frosty — connecting retailers, partners, and industry leaders.
- Identify collaboration and influencer opportunities that align with Frosty’s reputation for transparency and quality.
- Launch private or semi-private groups for verified buyers and advocates that strengthen long-term relationships.
Growth & Analytics
- Track and report brand performance — engagement, traffic, inbound leads, and campaign ROI.
- Experiment with A/B testing, timing, and formats to refine Frosty’s voice and growth strategy.
- Collaborate with sales and operations to ensure creative campaigns align with drop schedules and business goals.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in brand, content, or social leadership (preferably in lifestyle, CPG, or hemp/cannabis).
- Proven ability to develop creative systems that scale across multiple brands or audiences.
- Experience managing creative workflows, from ideation to publishing.
- Strong understanding of content strategy, storytelling, and digital performance metrics.
- Ability to shoot and edit short-form video (CapCut, Canva, or Adobe Suite preferred).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Must live in or be willing to relocate to Asheville, NC (hands-on role with access to leadership and product).

Pay: $68,712.00 - $84,598.00 per year
