Head Of Business

PixelByte is a fast-growing product studio building AI-powered mobile and web applications for a global audience. As we scale our product ecosystem, we’re looking for a Head of Business who will act as a strategic partner to the founding team, guiding product direction, leading operational excellence, and helping shape how the company grows in the next stage.

We’re looking for a senior leader with 8+ years of experience , based in Ankara , open to full on-site work , fluent in English, and comfortable navigating fast-moving environments where decisions and clarity matter.

• This role blends product leadership, operational management, and strategic decision making. You’ll own how the company executes across teams, ensure alignment on priorities, and bring structure to both product and business operations. You’ll be directly involved in high-level decisions with founders, while also building the processes and momentum the team needs day-to-day.
  

• Guiding product strategy across our AI-focused mobile and web ecosystem
• Leading the entire product lifecycle: research, planning, execution, iteration
• Shaping product vision and influencing core product decisions with founders
• Translating business goals into actionable, prioritized product roadmaps
• Managing and mentoring teams, building a strong execution culture, and improving team operating frameworks
• Setting clear expectations, workflows, and decision-making structures across teams
• Using data to evaluate opportunities, assess risks, and define measurable KPIs
• Driving alignment and communication between engineering, design, marketing, and growth
• Acting as a key partner to the founding team in company-wide strategic decisions
• Improving releases, process quality, and overall delivery rhythm
• Identifying new market opportunities, partnerships, and product-level growth areas
  

• 8+ years in product, business operations, strategy, or leadership roles
• Strong track record in mobile or digital products
• Ability to lead both high-level product strategy and hands-on execution
• Experience managing and developing teams (hiring, performance, workflows)
• Strong communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders
• Confidence in owning OKRs, KPIs, and operational frameworks
• A structured, analytical approach to decision making
• Comfort making fast and clear decisions in ambiguous situations
  

• Experience with AI-driven products
• Previous experience in fast-growing startups or tech companies
• Familiarity with subscription-based mobile apps
• Ability to translate qualitative insights into actionable plans
