Summary:
Leads the Business Analysis Department within digital to ensure the successful identification, design, and implementation of business-driven digital solutions across the organization.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Develops and implements strategies for the Business Analysis function aligned with the organization's digital transformation roadmap.
2. Acts as a strategic partner to clinical and administrative stakeholders, translating business needs into highimpact, technology-enabled initiatives that align with the organization’s goals for digital health, patient engagement, and operational efficiency
3. Identifies opportunities to highlight KFSHRC’s digital transformation achievements in conferences, publications, and digital media platforms.
4. Oversees the development of business cases and cost-benefit analyses for digital initiatives.
5. Identifies opportunities to enhance business processes through automation and technology.
6. Maintains proper documentation and audit trails for analysis activities
7. Represents KFSHRC in standards bodies.
8. Leads the development of enterprise standards for effective HIT - enabled patient engagement. 9. Leads risk assessments for proposed digital solutions, identifying potential business and operational risks and recommending mitigation strategies early in the project lifecycle to ensure successful implementation and minimize negative impact.
10. Oversees the career development and employee engagement activities for Business Analysis Department.
11. Participates in selecting, recruiting, training, retaining, and evaluating assigned personnel. Maintains a positive working environment to implement policies, correct deficiencies and implements discipline procedures. Delegates authorities, and establishes and maintains a formal means of accountability on the part of subordinates.
12. Follows all Hospital’s related Policies and Procedures.
13. Participates in self and others' education, training and development, as applicable.
14. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Education: Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Health informatics or other related discipline is required.
Experience Required: Nine (9) years of related experience with Masters, or eleven (11) years with Bachelor’s Degree, including four (4) years in a senior/ supervisory capacity is required.
