Our Compliance team blends regulatory expertise with data-driven thinking to make sure our products meet legal and policy requirements and deliver real value to customers. In a fast-moving, digital environment, they stay one step ahead by finding smart, scalable ways to manage conduct risk.

We're looking for a visionary Head of Business Compliance (Crypto) to lead our crypto business through an ever-evolving regulatory landscape as we look to offer new crypto products globally.

You'll be a strategic partner, liaising with our product teams and second-line compliance to ensure we exceed legal requirements.

• Leading the charge in steering our cryptoasset products through the complex regulatory landscape
• Driving business compliance across all crypto entities and supporting crypto expansion into new markets
• Providing expert compliance advice to business and product teams
• Bridging the gap between business and compliance, ensuring effective collaboration
• Identifying and mitigating compliance risks proactively
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to build policies that balance growth with legal requirements
• Equipping product teams with the tools and knowledge to integrate compliance into their work
• Managing a team of Business Compliance Managers

• A degree from a top-tier university
• 7+ years of experience in regulatory and business compliance
• Experience in a top-tier bank or fast-growing technology company
• Knowledge of how to conduct regulatory gap analysis, policy creation, and implementation
• An excellent understanding of how compliance risk and business risk interact
• Expertise on how to analyse and interpret complex data
• Highly adaptable skills to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
• The ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple projects at once, and meet tight deadlines
• Experience managing teams
• A track record of outstanding achievement in different areas

• Vilnius: €6,000 - €6,300 gross monthly*
• Lithuania: €6,000 - €6,300 gross monthly*
• Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process
• Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
