We’re a fast-growing SaaS startup looking for a high-performing Sales & Customer Success Manager to own the entire customer journey — from first contact to long-term success.

You’ll handle inbound leads, trial users, and customer accounts with energy and precision — converting interest into paying customers, gathering product feedback, and making outbound calls to drive growth. You’ll be the voice of the customer internally and the face of the company externally.

Responsibilities:

  • Convert inbound enquiries and trial users into paying customers.
  • Conduct discovery calls, demos, and follow-ups.
  • Onboard and support new users to ensure product success.
  • Proactively call customers for renewals, upsells, and feedback.
  • Collaborate with the product team to improve user experience.
  • Track performance metrics (conversion rate, retention, NPS).

Ideal Profile:

  • 3+ years in sales, account management, or customer success (preferably SaaS).
  • Excellent communicator — confident on calls, clear in follow-up.
  • Organised, data-driven, and obsessed with customer outcomes.
  • Startup mindset — self-starter who thrives in fast-moving environments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
