Head Of Call Center

Urgently looking for Head Of Call Center for one of our client from E-Commerce Industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and Track Telemarketing / Call Center Agent Goals.
  • Manage day-to-day operations, projects and also overseeing the tasks implementation.
  • Participating in recruiting Call Center Agents team members.
  • KPI Track and Achievement and Prepare performance report.
  • Staff training and motivation.
  • Initiate outbound calls to potential clients in international markets.
  • Introduce our products/services and articulate their benefits.
  • Build rapport and engage prospects to understand their needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.

Requirements:

  • Good English communication skills (Know the Russian is plus).
  • Strong Negotiable Skills.
  • Ambition, Energic and Charisma.
  • Result Orientation and Analytical Skill.
  • Minimum 2 years of Prior Experience in Customer Support / Sales / BPO/ Call Center.
  • Minimum 2 years of Experience in Management/Managerial.
  • Minimum Qualification: Intermediate.

Salary: 150K to 200K (Negotiable on the Interview)

Location: Shahrah-e-Faisal

Timings: 8am-5pm

Working Days: Mon - Sat

Work Location: In person
