Urgently looking for Head Of Call Center for one of our client from E-Commerce Industry.
Responsibilities:
- Create and Track Telemarketing / Call Center Agent Goals.
- Manage day-to-day operations, projects and also overseeing the tasks implementation.
- Participating in recruiting Call Center Agents team members.
- KPI Track and Achievement and Prepare performance report.
- Staff training and motivation.
- Initiate outbound calls to potential clients in international markets.
- Introduce our products/services and articulate their benefits.
- Build rapport and engage prospects to understand their needs.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
Requirements:
- Good English communication skills (Know the Russian is plus).
- Strong Negotiable Skills.
- Ambition, Energic and Charisma.
- Result Orientation and Analytical Skill.
- Minimum 2 years of Prior Experience in Customer Support / Sales / BPO/ Call Center.
- Minimum 2 years of Experience in Management/Managerial.
- Minimum Qualification: Intermediate.
Salary: 150K to 200K (Negotiable on the Interview)
Location: Shahrah-e-Faisal
Timings: 8am-5pm
Working Days: Mon - Sat
Work Location: In person
