About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and entrepreneurialPharmacy Leaderto take full ownership of ourPharmacy & Lab vertical- overseeingP&L, operations, market expansion, category strategy, and team leadership. This role requires strong domain knowledge, strategic thinking, and executional excellence to integrateretail and digital pharmacymodels, and scale across the UAE.

You will be responsible for leading a portfolio of over40 pharmacy outlets, driving retail performance, category growth, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• FullP&L ownershipof the pharmacy & lab vertical under the TruDoc umbrella
• Lead, manage and scaleretail pharmacy operationsacross 40+ outlets
• Build and execute go-to-market, pricing, and assortment strategies for pharmacy and lab services
• Partner with Product and Tech teams to digitize retail offerings and customer journeys
• Drive pharmacy excellence throughprocess design, compliance, andteam performance management
• Optimizesupply chain, inventory, and procurement in collaboration with vendors and partners
• Leadcategory management, promotions, and partnerships to drive revenue and customer acquisition
• Build and lead a high-performing team across operations, merchandising, and commercial strategy
• Deliver insights, dashboards, and strategic plans to the leadership team

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience inretail, e-commerce, pharmacy, or healthcare leadershiproles
• Pharmacy industry experienceis strongly preferred; exposure to lab services or digital health is a plus
• Proven track record ofcategory ownership, business building, and vertical scaling
• Strong cross-functional leadership across strategy, finance, operations, and GTM
• Excellent analytical, commercial, and decision-making skills
• Comfortable with afast-paced, high-growth, startup-like environment
• Based in Dubai or willing to relocate;VISA assistance provided
