Skills & Responsibilities:

• Technical & Engineering Skills
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and hydraulic systems.
• Heavy machinery, Process plant equipment
• Conveyors, crushers, pumps, compressors, motors, gearboxes, etc.
• Knowledge of RCM (Reliability-Centered Maintenance) and asset life-cycle management.
• Maintenance Strategy & Planning
• Preventive & predictive maintenance, Shutdown/turnaround planning
• Condition monitoring (vibration, thermography, oil analysis)
• root cause analysis (RCA) to reduce repeated failures.
• Capacity planning, spare parts forecasting, and resource allocation.
• Handling new installations, plant upgrades, retrofitting, and commissioning.
• Coordinating with vendors, OEMs, consultants, and regulatory agencies.

Qualifications Required :

B. in Engineering /B. in Tech./Diploma in Mechanical/ Mineral Processing / Production Engineering / Industrial Engineering
