Job Summary

  • We are seeking a strategic and technically proficient Head of HR Systems, Compensation, and Compliance. This senior-level role is responsible for designing competitive reward structures, managing the integrity of HR software (Attendance & Recruitment), and ensuring 100% regulatory compliance across all HR practices.

Key Responsibilities

1. Compensation & Benefits Management

  • Design and implement competitive salary structures and incentive plans.
  • Oversee health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programs.
  • Align compensation with performance management systems.
  • Manage the compensation budget and analyze data for strategic decision-making.

2. HR Systems & Technical Oversight

  • Ensure the integrity of Attendance and Hiring systems.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software glitches and data inconsistencies.
  • Collaborate with IT to maintain and optimize HR software platforms.
  • Maintain documentation of system errors and corrective actions.

3. Compliance & Auditing

  • Conduct regular audits of attendance and hiring data.
  • Ensure all HR practices adhere to local labor laws and organizational standards.
  • Provide training to HR staff on system usage and error prevention.

Job Specification

  • Education: MBA, ACCA, ACMA, or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: Proven track record in compensation strategy, benefits administration, and HR systems management.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in HRIS/HR software, data analysis, and troubleshooting.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of local labor laws and compliance frameworks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs175,000.00 per month

  • Master's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Compensation & Benefits: 10 years (Preferred)
  • Compensation Compliance: 10 years (Preferred)
  • Compensation & Benefits Development Program: 10 years (Preferred)
  • Pre-Audit : 10 years (Preferred)
