Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Head of Competitions to lead and oversee student preparation for international STEM challenges such as FLL (First Lego League), WRO (World Robot Olympiad), and similar competitions. The ideal candidate will coach, mentor, and strategize to help students perform at their best in competitive environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, plan, and execute competition-focused training programs.
  • Mentor and guide students to achieve excellence in competitions.
  • Design preparation schedules, workshops, and mock competitions.
  • Analyze past performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated with competition rules, trends, and best practices.
  • Coordinate with parents, schools, and stakeholders regarding student progress and competition logistics.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, innovation, and excellence among participants.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, STEM, Robotics, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in coaching and preparing students for competitions.
  • Proven experience leading teams for international competitions like FLL, WRO, or similar.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate students to reach their full potential.
  • Familiarity with robotics kits, coding platforms, and competition formats is a plus.
