The Role

We’re hiring a Head of Content to own Ridley’s content strategy, production, and distribution across both founder-led channels and Ridley’s brand accounts.

This role is responsible for turning points of view, product progress, and market moments into consistent, high-impact short-form content and building the systems that allow content to scale as the company grows.


This is not a social media manager role. It’s a hands-on leadership role with real ownership, working directly with the CEO to shape how Ridley shows up on the internet.

What you'll do

You’ll own Ridley’s content end-to-end, from idea to execution to distribution — across founder and brand channels.

Content Strategy & Narrative

  • Define and own Ridley’s content strategy and point of view
  • Identify industry moments, trends, and narrative opportunities worth reacting to
  • Develop repeatable content pillars and formats that compound over time

Content Production

  • Research, outline, and script content across founder, customer, agent, and product narratives
  • Produce and edit short-form video content with speed and clarity (prioritizing momentum over perfection)
  • Write concise, high-performing hooks and captions optimized for reach, comprehension, and credibility

Distribution & Performance

  • Own publishing cadence across platforms (IG, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Post directly to Ridley’s brand accounts
  • Track performance and iterate based on engagement, reach, and signal

Paid Creative Support

  • Identify high-performing organic content
  • Repurpose content for paid acquisition and testing

Feedback & Insight

  • Monitor comments, replies, and inbound responses
  • Surface patterns, objections, and insights to inform messaging, product, and strategy

What we're looking for

  • 4–8 years experience in content, media, brand, growth, or founder-led media
  • Proven ownership of content end-to-end (idea → execution → distribution)
  • Strong writing and editing skills
  • Deep understanding of short-form content dynamics and internet culture
  • Comfort working closely with founders and senior leaders
  • High bias toward action, speed, and clarity over polish
  • Strong editorial judgment
  • Experience working with founder-led brands or startups
  • Background as a creator, journalist, editor, or early-stage operator

Location Requirement

This is a Boulder-based role. In-person collaboration and filming are essential to success.
