Position Summary & Scope

The Head – Branded Content will lead the overall branded content strategy, development, and execution across all platforms. The role will partner closely with sales, editorial, marketing, creative studios, and client teams to conceptualize and deliver high-impact content solutions that drive revenue, brand engagement, and client retention. The position owns end-to-end delivery—from ideation to production to campaign performance.


Areas of Responsibility (Key Result Areas)

  • Drive the branded content strategy across print, digital, video, social, and experiential formats.
  • Lead client pitches, co-create content ideas, and build integrated solutions in partnership with Sales.
  • Oversee content creation, production workflow, timelines, and quality control across all platforms. • Lead a cross-functional team of writers, producers, designers, and creative partners.
  • Manage relationships with internal stakeholders (Editorial, Marketing, Creative, Legal, Revenue).
  • Strengthen partnerships with agencies, production houses, influencers, and external creative partners.
  • Ensure content is aligned to brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and regulatory norms.
  • Monitor campaign performance, generate insights, and improve output through data-driven decisions.
  • Drive innovation in formats, storytelling, and monetisation models. • Ensure smooth execution of premium campaigns and client deliverables.


Qualification and Experience

  • Graduate/Post-Graduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, or related fields.
  • 18+ years of experience in branded content, creative strategy, digital storytelling, or content marketing.
  • Experience working with media houses, agencies, or digital platforms preferred.
