We are seeking a senior education leader to own the design and delivery of a large scale, AI enabled learning program focused on career pathways, future skills, and student readiness. This role will lead all learning design, content production, simulations, assessments, and partner content across a national platform serving tens of thousands of students.

Key Responsibilities

• Owner of the learning strategy and curriculum framework across all pathways
• Design coherent learning journeys covering
• Lead multidisciplinary teams (designers, SMEs, producers)
• Ensure content is AI-ready, data driven, and scalable
• Align freemium and premium offerings
• Maintain quality, relevance, and cultural alignment
• Work closely with technology, AI, and PMO teams

Requirements

• 12+ years in education, EdTech, or learning program leadership
• Proven experience leading large scale digital learning initiatives
• Strong understanding of career readiness and post secondary pathways
• Experience working with AI enabled tools (conceptually, not technically)
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder communication skills
• UAE/GCC experience strongly preferred
